Description
L'aéroport international actuel (KZO) est situé à 12,5 km au sud-est de Kyzylorda et a été ouvert en 1988. L'ancien aéroport construit en 1920 était situé là où se trouve actuellement la gare routière principale.
Aujourd'hui, ces compagnies aériennes opèrent à partir de l'aéroport de Kyzylorda: Air Astana (vers Almaty et Nur-Sultan); Bek Air (à Nur-Sultan); FlyArystan (à Karaganda); SCAT (à Karaganda); Aeroflot (à Moscou-Sheremetyevo)
