Museum

The Muras Museum of History and Local History. The museum was founded in 1995 at the Saliev school. The museum has historical exhibits and finds and ancient things of the nomadic people. the museum has about 300 exhibits.

Bugu Ene Historical Museum is located in the village of Tosor. The museum was opened in 2018 on January 5. At the moment, the museum has about 150 exhibits that the villagers helped to collect.  

The Muras Museum of History and Ethnography. In the village of Barskoon is in the school of Kendirbayev 1984 was created but in those days we did not have a room they stood at the entrance to the school. In 1998 a room was allocated and this room is now a museum. There are 215 exhibits, photos, documents, booklets and books in the museum.

Museum named after Ybrai Sooronbaev. Ybray Sooronbaev was born in 1904 and in 1936 he was appointed head of the village of Ang-Östön, who first built a school in the village. In 2016, a school museum named after Ybrai Sooronbaev was opened. The museum has more than 700 exhibits. The museum is divided into two parts, one of which includes information and belongings of Ibrai Sooronbaev. And in the second, the history of the ancient Kyrgyz. 

 Altyn Uya Museum Historical and Local History Museum.

 Our pre-school educational organisation "Altyn Uya" named after Seitalieva Aina was founded in 2016 and started operating in 2018. When our kindergarten opened in 2018, a museum named after Seitalieva Aina, a nanny and Russian language teacher who was the umbilical mother of an older generation in our name village, was organised. Information about Aina Seitalieva's life, family and service was brought to the museum, as well as her second-hand belongings, diplomas and books, with 50 exhibits in the collection.

The Ethnographic Museum named after Totubaev Ermek in Kyrgyzstan is a real pearl of the country’s cultural heritage, representing the richness and diversity of ethnic groups, traditions and customs of the Kyrgyz people.

Located in Chon Kyzyl-Suu, the museum offers a unique opportunity to plunge into the history and culture of Kyrgyzstan through exhibitions representing various aspects of the life and everyday life of local residents.

The Barkan Mukashev Ethnographic Museum is a unique place where every visitor can plunge into the rich history and culture of the peoples of Central Asia. The Kyrgyz National Museum of Fine Arts, named after Gapar Aitiev, is a cornerstone of cultural heritage in Kyrgyzstan. Established on January 1, 1935, this prestigious institution began with a foundational collection of 72 works by Russian artists, carefully selected from the Tretyakov State Gallery by S. A. Chuikov, a pivotal figure in Kyrgyz art.

Hissor (or Hissar, Gissar) is situated 27 km southwest from Dushanbe and 8 km south from Hissor city is one of the main historical site of Tajikistan and includes : Hissar fort with ark built in XVI century; the Registan square; old madrassah-i Kuhna built in XVI century and its museum and another madrassah built in XVIII century; a caravanserai built in 1808; the mosque Sangin; the mausoleum of Mahdumi Abzam built in the XVI century, over the grave of Khdja Muhhamad Haivoki.
