Djarkorumdu is a valley on the foot of the Baba-Ata peak, on its South side. The glacial lake of Terme marks the spring of the river Djarkorumdu. You can start your journey from Epkin village.

This is a great hike from Tash Rabat to Chatyr Kol. It's long, so if you are taking camping equipment, you would probably want to do this in two days. There is a yurt camp at the end of the hike, so you can do this with a day pack.
The peak Skobelev (Skobolev) is situated at 5051 meters altitude. This certainly the highest peak of the Alayski range. The access is easy from the Kashka Suu valley, and the ascent is technically not difficult.
In 2016, with Nomad's Land, a young group of climbers (from 16 years old) ascent the peak, first time ascent by so young team.

A small mountain glaciar lake in the Karabatkak valley on the foot of the Karabatkak glacier and the Kashkator peak. The lake glacier is the subject of studies on global warming.
The glacier is retreating 5 to 6 meters per year. On the shore of the lake, there is a small hut where several measuring devices are installed. The lake is just over 7km from Chong Kyzyl Suu geophysical station.

Siuttu Bulak is a Kyrgyz name meaning "source of milk".
Nestled between the Jeti Oguz and Chong Kyzyl Suu valleys, lies a picturesque mountain valley that will take your breath away. The valley is adorned with stunning red rock cliffs that stand tall at the bottom of lush green meadows, covered in a sea of delicate edelweiss flowers. But what truly dominates the landscape are the majestic peaks that tower above, reaching heights of up to 3700 meters.

Jyrgalan village is located 60 km east of Karakol town, in the Issyk Kul Oblast. Jyrgalan is a mountain village built at an altitude of 2250 meters, during the Soviet era for the exploitation of coal. The mine now closed, the inhabitants of the village have decided to form an ecotourism community and to develop year-round tourism in this little-known region.
In 2021, the community offered 8 homestays, 2 yurt camps and 1 guesthouse. There is no ski lift, but a snow-cat and snowmobiles.
Epkin is a village not far from Kochkor. It is situated in a beautiful valley. Around the village are different interesting things to see, like a salt mine, kourganes and a small lake.
This pass leads from the Chong Kyzyl Suu valley to the Kichi Kyzyl Suu valley. It is the only pass that can be made on horseback or on foot, south of the Jeli Suu peak.
There is no particular difficulty. It is possible to set up a camp at the foot of the pass, either in the Kichi Kyzyl Suu valley or in the Karatakkya valley.
From the geo-physical station it is a long day's walk to the Kichi Kyzyl Suu valley. The panorama is incredible, you can see all the high peaks of the Terskey Alatoo.
