This is my first experience in the field of tourism, but as soon as I started doing it, I was addicted. I am very happy with my choice of profession. I go to work with pleasure. I am happy when I help people in organizing a tour, when tourists return happy, I feel real pleasure from the positive emotions of our customers. I worry with tourists if something did not meet their expectations.

I have been working in the tourism industry since 2014. I work w6 both English- speaking and French- speaking tourists. In my work I like communicating with tourists, representing our country, telling about the sights, traditions and customs of our people. Work gives me pleasure, especially when tourists are happy with their stay in our country.

My heart has taken me to Central Asia. First, to study in Kazakhstan, then to work in Uzbekistan. My field of focus is horseback riding. Having grown up around horses and worked as a horseback tour guide from Turkey to Central Asia, I understand what equestrian enthusiasts are looking for and how to provide them with exceptional adventures. With fluent Russian and basic Tajik, I am ready to combine expertise in Central Asia with a genuine love for horses.

Having traveled to many other countries I understood why a lot of people from all over the world are trying to visit Kyrgyzstan.

What is the main purpose of travelling? To see and experience something that you will never meet anywhere else. In this terms, Kyrgyzstan is one of the best places in the world. Mindbending nature and landcapes together with local shepherd's and nomad people (yes, there are still some nomad people living in this counrty) will not let you regret of visiting this place.

I've been in Issyk-Kul region: Engilchek, Jeti-Oguz, Ala-Kol lake, Altyn-Arashan, and Karakol. Also, I've been in Osh, Uzgen, Naryn, Kel-Suu lake, Ak-Sai valley, At-Bashy, and Tash-Rabat. I really like this job because you can talk with the entire world while living in your homeland, in your country. You meet many different people, gain interesting information, and acquire very good experience. We live in a beautiful country! I'm glad and proud that I can show people these beautiful places and our amazing nature!

Gulzat

I began my journey in tourism at a small hotel full of national charm, where every day I met travelers from all over the world. Sharing with them the beauty of Kyrgyzstan, its unique places, and rich traditions, I discovered a deeper love and curiosity for my country.

This passion has brought me to Nomad's Land, where I continue my journey with an amazing team. I’m truly happy to be part of it and to help travelers experience the magic of Kyrgyzstan

Aibek

From early childhood, I loved to read books about nature and the animal world, dreamed of travelling to distant unexplored countries, of discovering new countries and continents.
These childhood dreams at a mature age began to come true, and I managed to visit many European and some Asian countries, where I saw people of different races and peoples, with different cultures, customs, religions and confessions, which was a great discovery of my vision of this world and the acquisition of a great life experience.

Samuel

Immediately, I participated in the training of local guides during trekking programs on summers of 2001 and 2002. Then, I became the director of a French-speaking tourism agency with the aim of organizing locally the world final of Adventures Races "The Raid"which took place in Kyrgyzstan in June 2003.

In 2004, I created the Nomad's Land ecotourism agency to offer travelers originals programs, to discover local traditions in an authentic way, and by developing new local partners in all regions of Kyrgyzstan.

You can contact our representatives who will be happy to provide you with information on Central Asian countries, they can also help you set up a program and answer most of your questions.

I'm from Madison, Wisconsin, United States, and I have been working in tourism in Central Asia from 2014 to 2020. I have specialized in tourism in Kyrgyzstan, where I speak almost fluent Kyrgyz and where I'm able to live very close to the local culture. Before joining Nomad's Land worked as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Kyrgyzstan at the grassroots level and with large tourist unions in Bishkek to promote Kyrgyzstan as a travel destination worldwide.
