A digital copy of a colour scan of each tourist's passport (Main page with photo)
A digital scanned digital photo (Color, white background, 5x6 size) of each traveller
A completed questionnaire (Example 2023 in the attachment)

Immunization/vaccination document (NOT just a QR Code, but a printed vaccination certificate or other document with a record of the vaccination doses received. 2 vaccines is enough).
Tourists will now be swabbed at the border for a PCR test. (We hope this is temporary). 

The cost of the test is $43 (As of today). The cost of the PCR test will be paid by tourists - in cash at the border when entering Turkmenistan. (As well as the cost of Visa and Migration Tax).
