Ethno Complex Supara

Ethno Complex Supara is a distinctive dining destination in Bishkek, offering traditional Kyrgyz cuisine in an immersive cultural setting. The restaurant is housed within the world’s largest yurt, a spacious and carefully crafted structure spanning 350 square meters.

Additional yurts of different sizes are available for special celebrations, including weddings, kyz uzatuu ceremonies, and tushoo-toi celebrations marking a child’s first steps.

Beyond the yurts, the complex includes traditional stone, clay, and straw houses, along with summer guest seating known as topchans. These structures create an atmosphere of cultural immersion and reflect elements of traditional Kyrgyz life.

The name Supara was selected after almost a year of discussion and consideration. A supara is an ancient leather tablecloth, a name that reflects the traditional spirit of the complex.

Ethno Complex Supara offers an opportunity to explore the flavors and cultural traditions of Kyrgyz cuisine in a memorable setting.
