Transport in Uzbekistan is not just a timetable. Border opening hours, road surface, weather, permits, flight changes, local holidays and distance can reshape a day on the ground. Use this page for orientation; for a tour, we verify the route logic before we promise the itinerary.
In Uzbekistan, to get to other parts of the country, you can use the mini-buses. In Tashkent, buses start from the bus station near the metro station "Sobir Rakhimov." It is recommended to purchase tickets in advance, so passengers quickly snapping up seats. Tickets are sold to foreigners in the 51 street Movanurahr, from 8 am to 5 pm. For example the way to Bukhara will take 11 hours, to Kokand 3 hours, to Samarkand 6 hours, to Andijan 6 hours.
