On November 25-26, 2023 trainings were held in Kyzyl Suu for our owners of homestays and yurt camp from whole district Jeti Oguz
The main objective was to increase the potential of the district's tourist facilities in order to ensure the criteria of sustainable tourism and promotion of the region.
Jety-Oguz is a picturesque valley in Kyrgyzstan, located near the town of Karakol. It attracts tourists with its natural beauty, unique mountain landscapes, crystal clear rivers and historical monuments.
The development of Jeti-Oguz plays a key role in the development of tourism in the region for several reasons:
Natural treasures: The Jeti-Oguz Valley is famous for its beautiful mountains, gorges, waterfalls and lakes. Its unique landscape attracts nature lovers, mountaineers, hikers and photographers.
Saruu village consists of three villages: Saruu, Issyk-Kul Sanatorium and Juuku village. All villages are located in a mountainous area, 7 km to the district centre and 36 km to the regional centre. 1800 m from sea level. It is also 180 km from the railway and 360 km from the capital of Kyrgyzstan.

One of the most beautiful places in Kyrgyzstan is the Altyn Arashan Gorge (Kyrgyz "source of gold".) The At-Bashi Range is 135km long and culminates at 4,801 meters. It stretches from the southwest, from the Muz-Tor valley and the Tuz-Bel Ashuu pass, to the northeast to Bosogo and the Kayindi pass. North of the chain is the At-Bashi Valley at an average altitude of 2,500 meters. North side, the slopes are steep and covered with rich vegetation. On the south side, the plain of Ak-Say is at an average altitude of 3200 meters. The highest peak is the Rhianydd at 4,801 meters. The Southern Engilchek Glacier is the largest and most spectacular of the two branches of the Engilchek Glacier system, stretching over 60 kilometers across the central Tien Shan massif. Recognized as the sixth longest non-polar glacier in the world and the largest in Kyrgyzstan, its ice thickness reaches up to 200 meters in some places. Unlike its northern counterpart, known for hosting Lake Merzbacher and its spectacular drainage phenomenon, the southern glacier is distinguished by serving as a unique access route to the highest peaks in the region.
