Heavy snowfalls in the Ferghana mountains make Arslanbob a excellent site for ski-touring till Spring. You will discover amazing landscapes during your trip from Bishkek to Arslanbob. Mountains of Arslanbob at the foot of the Boobash Ata summit offer wide skiing possibilities. The Arslanbob region has the particularity to be inhabited by people from Uzbek origine. Architecture, way of life and traditions are different from others Kyrgyz mountains.

Après le petit déjeuner, vous vous préparerez et vous vous dirigerez vers les montagnes. After an early breakfast you will gear up and head into the mountains. First check to make sure everyone has all of their safety equipment and check the condition of the snow and then make a plan for the day. The rest of the day will be spent in the mountains. Lunch in the mountains. At the end of the day head back to the base camp where dinner will be ready for you. Or back to the village.

Nomadsland organized a 5 days 4 nights winter tour from Bishkek to Issyk Kol lake via Chom Keming (horse riding), Jyrgalan (snow shoeing), Karakol (museums) and Bokanbaevo (fairy canyon, 7 bulls, eagle hunting), then back to Bishkek. Nikita, our guide, picked us up from the airport and drove us round the snowy roads in his excellent v8 4wd.
4 Day Hike through Archa Tor pass It’s my first trip to Kyrgyzstan! My wife and I are independent travelers and prefer the solitude of traveling without guide or porters.
