Kathmandu is not just the capital of Nepal, it is a living legend, an embodiment of the country's richness and cultural heritage. Situated at an altitude of 1300-1340 meters above sea level in a wide valley surrounded by mighty mountains, this two-thousand-year-old city surprises with its rich historical and cultural attractions.

Turkmenabat is a dynamically developing city in the eastern part of Turkmenistan, which is famous for its industrial achievements, cultural heritage and hospitality of local residents. This city, the capital of Lebap province, is an important economic and cultural center of the region.

The first settlement of the valley is theorized to have taken place when the first King of Kaski, Kulamandan Shah Khad made Batulechaur in the northern side of the valley his winter capital during the mid 14th century. 

Pokhara is the leader adventure and leisure destination in Nepal, a gateway for nature lovers in the Annapurna region with plenty of entertainment.

Qurghonteppa is the third largest city in Tajikistan and the capital of Khatlon province. It is located in the Vakhsh Valley in southwestern Tajikistan, 119 km south of the capital Dushanbe. According to ancient sources, Qurghonteppa appeared during the time of the Kushan Empire and could be the ancient Levakand. These places were famous for the good arrows and a special breed of sheep. Archaeologists have discovered here pipes from an ancient aqueduct, wells made with bricks, fortress walls with towers.

Baikonur is a famous cosmodrome located in Kazakhstan, which is of great importance for world astronautics. However, in addition to its cosmic glory, Baikonur and its surroundings also offer interesting tourist spots and have a rich history.

Foundation: Baikonur was founded in 1955 during the Soviet Union as a cosmodrome for launching rockets. Since then, it has become one of the most famous and actively used spaceports in the world.

Termez (or Termiz) is one of the oldest cities in Central Asia: it is over 2,500 years old. In 2014 Termez was awarded the Order of Amir Timur. It is located in the extreme south of Uzbekistan on the northern border of Afghanistan, an important passage between these 2 countries.

Atyrau is a city in the western part of Kazakhstan, located on the Ural River. The city is the administrative center of the Atyrau region and one of the key oil and gas regions of Kazakhstan. Here is some information about the city of Atyrau:

History: Atyrau has an ancient history associated with trade and fishing on the Ural River. The city was founded in the 19th century and has since developed as an important transport and industrial center.

Aktau is a port city on the coast of the Caspian Sea, located in the western part of Kazakhstan. This city is the administrative center of the Mangistau region and plays an important role in the economy and cultural life of the region.

Foundation: The city of Aktau was founded in 1961 as Aktau (formerly known as Shevchenko) due to the development of the oil industry on the Caspian Sea. It was an important strategic site for the Soviet Union.

The city was founded in 1958 and was part of the Bukhara region. It was established as a mining center for the extraction of rare-earth elements, precious metals, and uranium.

The city was named Navoi in honor of the famous Uzbek poet and philosopher Alisher Navoi. It has about 136,000 inhabitants.
